Although many cat owner’s enjoying snuggling up with their feline friend, it can often
be detrimental to getting a good night’s sleep. We created a handy guide to help
make sure your cat settle’s down for the night.
It’s important that you make sure that your cat is active all day. You can do this by
having play session in the morning and evening or using puzzle toys with treats
inside. Adult cats can sleep for up to 16 hours a day, making sure they get enough
exercise will be extremely beneficial for them. You can also feed your cat before bed
as they love to snooze after a meal.
Cat’s have several habits that could keep your awake such as yowling for attention
or toe biting. To correct this behaviour, say no to your cat send your cat to the corner
by putting their cat bed in the corner of your bedroom.
